These additional models are either on the SpaceWx web site (EUV97, EUV91), or on the LASP site (SERF1, EUVAC)
Tom Woods (LASP, University of Colorado) has graciously made these models available:
EUV97 is a precursor to SOLAR2000, and models daily irradiances from 1947 to the end of solar cycle 23 at 0.1 nm resolution. Lyman-a is used as the chromospheric proxy and F10.7 is used as the coronal proxy.

Note: In the case of the SpaceWx models (EUV97, EUV91), they are displayed as simple ASCII text in the web browser: simply do a 'Save As' option in the browser, or cut & paste from the browser window to your text editor. Then, for the filename (depending on your computer's operating system environment), remove the .html extension, and replace it with a '_xyz' extension using the filenames displayed in the following tables. For example:
